With all key competences in-house, including an extensive engineering division, we repair and build vessels to the highest technical and environmental standards. We are certified by LRQA to ISO 9000-14000-OSHAS18000 as well as API.

 

Our services include newbuilding of steel and aluminum vessels and repair and services of marine as well as O&G assets. We also offer offshore and afloat repair services to clients worldwide. Our diving division offers underwater cleaning services from Fujairah. 

 

We carry out 150+ drydockings per year from our 3 locations. Our afloat and voyage repair division carries out repair jobs from our extensive workshops, ranging from routine maintenance to complex steel renewals and conversions afloat.

 

With the opening of Damen Shipyards Sharjah (DSS) in early 2014, we can now offer full maintenance support at our own facility for ships up to 120 metres in length. DSS aims to be the best and most efficient shipyard in the area and, since the opening of the yard, we are now able to do things even more safely and efficiently. DSS is highly suited to complex conversions, which are carried out regularly for O&G, dredging and other marine sectors.

 

For our newbuilding projects we use state-of-the-art designs and production methods supplied and supported by the whole Damen Shipyards Group. We also serve as a repair and service station for Damen vessels operating in the region.
