All the projects will be managed by our qualified team who will:

• Undertake all contracts with the main Contractor / Construction Manager, Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Engineer and other parties with whom it is required to co-ordinate.

2- Co-ordinate with the Clients project Manager for the Designing & Development.

3- Define and Co-ordinate the works within the departments in British Glass & Aluminium with direct Involvement in designing, material procurement, fabrication & deliver to ensure that work targets are achieved and the overall program is maintained.

4- A Site manager/ Coordinator will be appointed to be based full time on site for all major projects and be responsible for the day -to –day running of the site .this will include monitoring the site progress with the agreed programmed, ensuring all works are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with our health and safety policy and interfacing with the respective subcontractors etc. the Site Manger will also co-ordinate with the site foreman and will be responsible for all British Glass & Aluminium man force on site .
