One of the fundamental assets of the Company is its staff.  The management team has the capability to readily direct and undertake the everyday tasks associated with ready mixed concrete production and delivery.  Additionally, senior management have an in-depth knowledge of both the construction industry and the local business environment in the UAE.

Overall control of the business is in the hands of the Managing Director who has the responsibility of guiding management team efforts and ensuring satisfactory performance.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day production and delivery of concrete from the respective units.

The Finance & Admin Manager is responsible for accounting functions and the safe financial and administrative control of the business.

The Area Technical Manager and Sales Manager are supported by well trained sales and technical staff with many years experience of assisting Customer’s to select the right concrete mix and are able to deal with technical questions regarding concrete mix design, usage and performance.

The Area Technical Manager is responsible for the quality control and performance aspects of materials and mix specifications.
