National Engineering and Contracting Company (NECC) – started as partnership between Sh. Hamad Salim Al Rawahy and Sh. Aflah H.S. Al Rawahy and now it’s a flagship of Al Rawahy Holding LLC. It was established in 1970 and is one of the fully owned Omani companies operating in the Sultanate of Oman specialized in a wide range of diverse services in civil engineering and all aspects of civil construction projects. Our vast product profile includes, but not limited to, construction of residential & commercial buildings, office premises, warehouses, villas, etc.

National Engineering and Contracting Company has been in business for the last 45 years and is managed by Sh. Aflah H S Rawahy, the Chairman and Abdul-Rahim H.S. Al Rawahy as the Managing Director.
