As a family undertaking with a long tradition in the hospitality industry, we do not think in terms of results but rather in generations. The story began when Hanna Khalil Sawalha first founded the Sawalha family’s first hotel back in the 1920’s. The family’s hospitality line has since evolved gradually from small to larger 5 star hotel properties.

In 2005, Said Sawalha and his sons established Al Thulatheyyah for investment Ltd. Al Thulatheyyah is currently a major shareholder in Grand Palace Hotels Company; which owns Regency Palace Hotel, Grand Palace Hotel, Grand Palace Limousine Services, the franchise of Trader Vic’s restaurants, in addition to smaller tourism projects in Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Today, Jerashco Clean is part of Al Thulatheyya’s growing portfolio of projects and services
