Introduction/Brief

We will set up an introductory meeting at our design studio in at A406, building 7, Dubai Design District. This meeting will allow us to know your needs as well as introducing you to the team. Our team will then give you a comprehensive introduction of our services, understand what you have in mind in order for us to determine the suitable service you would need

Concept Designs

We will start developing an overall design concept, design intent, and objects for the project. Including layout zoning, space planning room relations, forms and main details pallets. This may require us to meet on several occasions direct the project in the direction agreed upon before evolving to the design development stage.

Design Development

The purpose of this phase is to finalize the design intended and reach the objectives needed for the project. Layouts and interior elevations will be presented with a developed detail designs, including finalized material selection and colors.

Final Design & Tender

At this stage we prepare and fine tune the entire project into a final package of the design that including all the mentioned preceding phases. This will be a complete work package which will include all the design decisions made during the Concept Design and Design Development stage to be sent out to all parties involved in the project.
