The surrounding environment, sun, topography, wind, and natural inhabitants, are some of the key elements that we consider as we look at our projects. We take a bird’s eye view on all our projects, as we zoom in, we keep in mind all the elements in order to reach to our creative concept that best address client’s needs and respects its surroundings, aiming to deliver most affordable, practical, and feasible project to our clients. The initial site visit, understanding of its topography, road design, the overall feeling of the built environment within the community are what we look for and feed into our analyze as we approach our design concept. Following the successful Delivery of the concept, our structural and MEP team will be involved in incorporating there knowledge into the concept in order to create a unique project ready to be born.
