1989 - Completion of the First Military Project

El Seif successfully completed the Air Field Facilities (1) Project for Royal Saudi Air Force, where the scope included all civil works and military structures (aircraft shelters) as well as supporting buildings

1995 - Expansion in Middle East

El Seif expands its business markets to include other Middle East countries, starting with Lebanon

2002 - Completion of Kingdom Tower Project

El Seif has successfully completed the main contract for constructing one of the largest and most modern mixed-use developments in the Middle East; Kingdom Tower, an iconic tower rising over 300 meters high, with a stunning offering of offices, business facilities, private residences, recreation venues, world-class hotel and a glittering shopping mall

2005 - Start of Operations in Gulf Countries

El Seif expands its business to include Gulf Countries and establishes offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha

2009 - Award of Princess Noura University, Package 3

El Seif is awarded Princess Noura University Project - Package 3, the biggest university of its kind in the world, where El Seif scope includes all infrastructure and utility works covering an area of 8 million square meters

2011 - Completion of Princess Noura University, Package 3

El Seif Completed Princess Noura University – Package 3 within a record time, where El Seif role consisted of development, construction and testing & commissioning and operation & maintenance of all civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works for utility buildings, infrastructure, landscaping, site grading, utility tunnel, fly over bridges, road works, solid waste management, sewage treatment plant and 750,000 meters of services

2013 - El Seif is awarded the first Sports Facility

As part of King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, El Seif is successfully awarded the design and build contract of the Sports Hall and Athletics Stadium with a capacity of 11,000 spectators
