na Sheikh Mohammed bin Saedan, God’s mercy be upon him, began his initial real estate activities in land trading at the early years of growth and prosperity in Riyadh. At that time, the city was just beginning to expand, and the demand for residential land was increasing due to the migration of people from the Najed. Through the example of integrity, Sheikh Mohammed fostered good relations with senior real estate developers, the owners of Al-Sharaka Real Estate Office. Al Sharaka Real Estate had bought large tracts of oasis and orchard land which they subdivided into residential lots, and then in turn, offered these lots to the public for sale. Sheikh Mohammed continued working with Al Sharaka until he was ready to establish his own real estate office in Dakhna. Here he started his first independent activities in developing lands and constructing buildings. Through diligence and insight, Sheikh Mohammed expanded his business to cover progressively more of Riyadh’s districts, including: Ataef, Al Morabaa, Al Markeb, Al Wosataa, and the downtown markets which were then called Al-Juss Yard, Al-Qary neighborhood and Al Maliha.
