Established in the year 1972, Galfar Engineering and Contracting SAOG is one of the largest, multi-disciplinary engineering, contracting and construction companies in the Sultanate of Oman.

In 2011, Galfar established a new company - Galfar Aspire Readymix LLC (GAR) - to supply the increasingly specialized concrete for construction projects in Oman. GAR is a fully owned subsidiary of Galfar Engineering and Contracting SAOG
