Its main principle owner is a 4th Classification Contractor that has been in
business since 1979 in the Saudi Arabian Market for the Civil, Electro Mechanical
& Architectural works. In 2008 the General Contracting Company saw the need for
a specialized division focusing in Fire Proofing, Water Proofing, Concrete Repair &
Restoration, Specialty Floor Coatings and MaintenanceRepair & Operations. This
division flourished with success and in 2014 it was unanimously decided by all
shareholders to separate the division as its own stand-alone entity.
