Oasis Ameron Company Ltd is a licensed “In-Kingdom” manufacturer of protective coatings, marine and industrial paints, tank linings and surfacers. We also manufacture a full range of decorative paints, emulsions ,waterproofing and fireproofing materials.

The Oasis Ameron Joint Venture Company was formed way back in 1980. The partners being Oasis Trading Establishment based in Al-Khobar holding 60% of the joint venture. Our partner is Ameron Inc. of Brea, California, USA(Now PPG PMC Coatings). They hold the balance 40% of the company. In the years since the partnership was formed the company has grown continuously starting with the construction of the factory in the 2^nd Industrial city, Dammam in 1982. Since the first phase was completed additional facilities have been added until now the Oasis Ameron Paints manufacturing unit is one of the biggest and most modern plants of its kind in the Middle East.

We have worldwide coverage and representation in all the major countries in the world. The technical support we receive from our partner puts us at the cutting edge of technology in our field.

At this stage there is hardly a power station, water plant, refinery or industrial facility in Saudi Arabia of any reasonable size that has not used Oasis Ameron Paints and coatings in construction, expansion programmes, maintenance and even associated housing projects. From coast to coast Ameron involved projects of all sizes are to be found. Oasis Ameron is now exporting its products throughout the whole G.C.C region and beyond. In order to provide the level of service that our customers have come to expect we have opened regional offices in Riyadh and Jeddah as well as a service presence in Yanbu and Jubail. 

We were one of the first coating manufacturing companies to achieve accreditation under the ISO Quality System. Our Quality Management System was approved to the ISO 9001:2000 standard by the American Bureau of Shipping and we proudly maintain and improve on our quality activities year by year.
