Our services aim to meet the modern and developed buildings requirements of our clients, i.e. shopping centers, banks, hospitals, towers, housing compounds, and other facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Upon hiring, the Company was keen to recruit qualified and skilled employees, develop human resources through providing intensive professional training courses inside the facility, invest the latest developments and technologies available along with constant control, and assess the target company's systems to comply with and meet the latest standards and trends.

The Company is committed to assuring quality. It obtained ISO certification in 1999. It has enhanced and increased its professional capabilities through obtaining and executing more advanced information system and modern maintenance management programs, including Oracle, for its enterprises in the operation service area.

Al-Mahmal Facilities Services (MFS) is accredited by the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) since 28 May 2003.
