Each service division is designed to provide its customers with individual focus together with the benefits stemming from the Initial group synergy.

Our origins date back to 1975 with Duraclean, a U.S.A. franchise that later merged with Initial Saudi Arabia Ltd. a British joint venture in 1986. Since then the group has grown organically and by way of mergers into several complementary services. The most recent of these come in the form of a merger with the first pest control company operating in Saudi Arabia for over 40 years. And more recently the creation of our wholly owned joint stock company providing recruitment and staff outsourcing services, capitalised at SAR 100 Million and licensed by the Ministry of Labor.
