NARCO (Dr. Nabeel Abdul-Raheem Consultants) is a Kuwaiti Consulting Firm led by the Owner and Managing Director Dr. Nabeel Abdul-Raheem.

He holds a B.S. Civil Engineering (1977) and a Ph.D in Civil Engineering (1983) from the West Virginia University, USA and has more than 36 years of professional experience in the field of Civil Engineering.

He has worked as an Engineering Advisor with Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, Kuwait (1986-2007). During the tenure as the Engineering Advisor at Kuwait Fund Dr. Nabeel Abdul-Raheem has participated in the appraisal of several development projects and has technically appraised more than 50 projects in different countries.

In addition, Dr. Nabeel Abdul-Raheem has worked as a Team Leader for Boubyan Island Development Master Plan and Boubyan Sea Port under the Ministry of Public Works, Kuwait.

Under Dr. Nabeel Abdul-Raheem’s leadership, NARCO has many advantages in being able to offer a team approach to consultancy. We have a team of professional Engineers, Architects and Planners, who are dedicated in specific areas of expertise in Project Designing and Supervision, Project Management, Economic Consultations, Technical and Economic Feasibility Studies, Planning and Management Consultations etc.

NARCO has registered with international funding agencies such as the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED), Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD), Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), Islamic Development Bank (IDB), Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), African Development Bank (AfDB) and World Bank (WB).
