The company established under the leadership of Mr. Abdul Wahab Al Wazzan (Former minster of Commerce , Kuwait), the founder chairman of the company,became fully operational in 1982. Then under the eminent chairmanship or Mr. Mustafa Al Wazzan, the company has steadily progressed and became one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of textile items with a yearly turn over about 1.6 million Kuwaiti Dinars.

The company has two production units of 10,000 square meter in kuwait with total asset worth 2 million Kuwaiti dinars. both the units are equipped with the most modern sophisticated computer aided machinaries and technology from Europe ,Japan, Italy ,USA and Taiwan. it manufactures more than 100 products with good quality and finishing under its well known and trusted brands – Al Rabea, Hometex & Vitanuova, Dots & Lines ,Four seasons and Kids, Exporting (export value worth of above 300,000 Kuwiaiti dinars per annum) to more the 10 countries in the middle east & Europe .
