2014

Smit Lamnalco acquires PB Towage Australia and expands its footprint into Australia

2012

As a brand, Smit Lamnalco was launched in 2012, where Lamnalco brings 50 year of history as a marine support service provider, and SMIT (Terminals) 170 years.

2011

Lamnalco acquires SMIT’s terminals and Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) transport businesses from Boskalis. The integration of the two well–established brands SMIT Terminals & Lamnalco has created a major new offshore marine services provider: Smit Lamnalco.

1991

Lamnalco established a landmark in Nigeria and opened the first office in Port Harcourt.

1963

An equal partnership between Rezayat and Boskalis: Lamnalco is born in 1965.
