TCW was founded by TCW Chairman Mr. Ali Rawahi who has been heavily involved in inspections since 1985. He initially founded TCW in Texas and sits on a number of advisory committees following LEEA, LOLER & PUWER 1998 with relevant BS / API standards and regulations.
