Other projects under development include "Al Suhoul", which will accommodate over 1,000 families in Jubail, and an expansive 2,200,000 square meter housing community in Al Khobar. "Manazel Qurtoba" is one of the biggest integrated residential neighborhoods in Riyadh. Phase I of the project, which includes 298 villas, was completely sold out.
