ALEA+ is a boutique architectural design company with offices in Dubai and Belgrade. We are a small, specialized team of passionate architects and interior designers, committed to delivering excellence in every project we work on.

Our design portfolio includes diverse typologies, ranging from signature villas and residential buildings to hospitality projects, and more.

Our journey begins with the architectural studio KOCKA, established in Belgrade, in 2013. Two years later, we entered the UAE market and successfully positioned our company in a very demanding market. In 2020, we have expanded our services and adopted a new company name - ALEA+

The company name maintains continuity with KOCKA – ALEA reference (both translate to “the cube”), a convenient match and also an acronym that gives a little insight into who we are and what we do: ALEksandar Jovanovic– founder and chief architect (a “prime mover” and a facilitator) + Architects (a team of talented and dedicated architects and designers). ALEA also stands for risk-taking and bravado, which is what separates us from others – we are never afraid to be different or unconventional. We are starting our new chapter with fresh ideas and great enthusiasm, convinced that quality, innovation and professionalism will be recognized globally.
