NUTEK was established in 1983 by the late Eng. Abdullah Hareb. Initially specialized in the design of villas and small projects, NUTEK, has gradually expanded its design projects to include multi-storey buildings.

In 1989, the company established its Sharjah branch with the same capacity and licensed to design buildings with unlimited number of storeys.

In 1993, Dr. Eng. Saeed Hareb succeeded his late brother and led NUTEK into a wider scope of field and various projects were designed and constructed under the supervision of the office like mosques, residential, commercial and office building projects for Local Authorities such as municipality, health and various telecommunication.
