At Q3 we have a contemporary take on this tradition where those three aspects are translated into function, form, and sustainability. Furthermore, in our design process, we borrow a lot from traditional architecture and local cultural elements that stood the test of time, and we try to reintroduce those elements in a contemporary way to achieve sustainability and harmony with the surrounding environment.

Power-Knowledge has been a useful lens to study the idea, discourse, and practice of development. 

Throughout the building design process, we at Q3 place a strong emphasis on research and development (‘R&D’) which evolves our knowledge and form our expertise.
