The Dubai branch is also where the head office for UAE is based. The service team is headed by a technical operations manager and sales manager, with the support of a field biologist. Unique to this branch is the creation of a dedicated Residential team. They comprise of 1 sales administrator and 2 service technicians to cover most, if not all, service requests from our residential clients. The rest of the portfolio is managed by 9 technicians with 1 service controller. All these staff are dedicated to deliver service to our customers throughout Dubai, including areas in Dubai Investment Park, Dubai Industrial City, Al Ruwaya & Al Aweer areas. 

Each of our highly skilled technician is responsible for providing the highest standard of customer care to the clients in their allocated area. Colleagues in the neighbouring areas are always there to provide any additional support as and when it may be required.
