Founded in 1988, Paper Chase International is headquartered out of the Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With five major plants in the Middle East, over the last 30 years, we have grown to become the largest waste paper collectors and distributors in the region, offering expertise in a wide array of recovered paper grades.
