An esteemed player in the development exchanging industry, SP Middle East and Africa (SP) constructed its abilities and brand name for as long as a quarter century. Established in 1994 it obtained in 1998 a 40-year-old organization SYRUN in Syria. In 2000, SP was rebuilt to change its Lebanese task into a territorial focus empowering it to springboard into the global market through a progression of local endeavors.

The organization's extension started in Iraq in 2000, Nigeria in 2001, and Qatar in 2003 through a joint endeavor with the Al Sraiya Holding. 2006 saw passages to the UAE and Omani markets and a key joint endeavor among SP and IMER International, an Italian maker of solid plants and truck blenders. That incited SP section to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2009. In 2011, the different auxiliaries and adventures were merged under one umbrella.
